Sales Bizlab We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The Front Office Assistant will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, and will play a crucial role in ensuring a warm and welcoming environment. This position requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with efficiency.

Pay Range:

$25.50 - $34.00 hourly

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings for office staff.
  • Maintain the front desk area and ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate office supplies and inventory management, ensuring necessary items are stocked.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a front office or administrative role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with a customer-oriented approach.
