Position Summary:
Raines Co. seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager with a background in full-service restaurant operations. In this role, you will oversee nightly operations, manage productivity and quality standards, and deliver outstanding customer service to create memorable dining experiences. You will take charge of closing shifts 4-5 nights a week and be prepared to step into kitchen, serving, or bartending roles as needed during slower periods.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Ensure Operational Success: Manage nightly restaurant operations by implementing service standards, resolving issues, and supporting the team on the floor.
  • Financial Management: Assist in meeting financial goals through budgeting, inventory management, and tracking expenditures. Actively work to control costs and increase profitability.
  • Hands-On Support: Step into kitchen, serving, or bartending roles as needed during slower periods to ensure smooth service and support staff.
  • Closing Procedures: Lead the restaurant's closing operations 4-5 nights per week, ensuring end-of-day tasks, cash reconciliation, and setup for the next day.
  • Compliance and Safety: Maintain brand and health code compliance, enforce sanitation standards, and create a safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Uphold Our Standards: Embrace challenges and seek opportunities to enhance the guest experience and improve service. Actively contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Additional Duties: Perform all reasonable job duties as requested by management.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • High school diploma/GED plus 2 years of relevant experience is accepted.
Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or General Manager in a full-service environment.
  • Strong customer service management background with extensive food & beverage knowledge.
  • Proficient with restaurant management software and computer literate.
Hours Required:
  • Evening availability required, including weekends and holidays; scheduled primarily for closing shifts.
