The Recruiting Assistant will support 1-2 Recruiters with sourcing and recruiting efforts for Experienced Hire Consulting opportunities. This person will also have the opportunity to run full life-cycle recruitment for Non-Consulting roles. The Recruiting and HR teams at Kearney are highly collaborative and priorities may vary across teams, providing an opportunity to broadly support the North America Recruiting and HR function.

•We want to hear from you if you:
o Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent 4-year degree required.
o Have had 1-2 years of in-house or agency recruiting experience preferred.
o Have prior sourcing experience in a competitive market (required)
o Are highly motivated and proactive team player who is eager to learn and develop.
o Possess a commitment to providing excellent work in a very fast-paced environment.
o Have exceptional attention to detail.
o Possess strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
o Have an ability to interact effectively at all levels, including candidates and senior leaders of the organization.
o Are proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, required.
o Have experience using Taleo, Yello or other similar systems required.
o Limited travel may be required.

Recruiting Assistant compensation - $50k-$55k: It is important to note that at Kearney, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skills. Kearney reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness. In addition to salary, individuals may be eligible for a discretionary performance bonus. Key Responsibilities
- Develop pipeline of talent primarily with Analyst, Associate and Manager candidates across various consulting practices for current and future openings.
- Build and nurture relationships with candidates that bring diversity to the firm.
- Qualify talent through phone interviews and recommend appropriate next steps.
- Leverage employee and candidate referrals and keep leads warm.
- Assist Experienced Hire recruiting team with preparation and facilitation interview days, including interview schedule creation, creating interview and candidate packs, post-interview and evaluation tracking and coordinating debriefs.
- Prepare and extend offer letters and new hire paperwork for Experienced Hires and maintain candidate trackers.
- Manage applicant tracking system (Taleo) and recruiting event platform (Yello) throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage external job postings and job posting sites, such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Alumni Sites, and school career pages as necessary.
- Collaborate across Experienced and Campus recruiting teams and play an active role on strategic projects
- Support other recruiting programs and events as needed.
- Collaborate with and support the campus recruiting team as needed.
