Smile Ballard is hiring: Dental Hygienist in Seattle

Smile Ballard is excited to announce the opportunity for a new position on our team. We are excited to explore the possibility of the person being you if you match the following criteria:

1. Experienced Dental Hygienist or recent graduate from Dental Hygiene School.  Able to perform all basic procedures of a dental hygienist in Washington State to include: Prophylaxis (1 hr), Scaling and Root Planing (2 hr for 2 quad), Digital FMX and Panoramic radiographs, Diagnosing Periodontal disease and developing treatment recommendations.

2. Someone who is able to support and identify with honesty and trust, can engage in healthy debate with team members, commit to decisions, and be held and help hold others accountable.

3. Able to collaborate with others in a healthy/positive way. Willing to help create and execute team centered systems and be an active participant in team meetings. Ready to contribute to a hard working, positive, fun team culture.

4. Have a driver type personality style that can help get things done, but able to flex toward those who are more amiable in order to work together seamlessly.

Requirements:

- Valid Dental Hygiene License in Washington State

- Current CPR certification required
- Proficiency in using dental software systems such as Epic, Dentrix, or Eaglesoft
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to dental procedures
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with precision

Salary: $68.00 - $70.00 per hour
