We are currently seeking a professional, energetic, and qualified individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Supervisor for two Skilled Long-term Care facilities located in the Washington and Butler, PA.

The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing two environmental services accounts within local, state, and federal guidelines. You are responsible for managing client relations, along with ensuring that the housekeeping services offered to the customer are of superior quality.

Housekeeping Supervisor Key Duties:

• Oversee two nursing facility accounts under the direction of the Regional Manager.


• Ensure the Housekeeping and Laundry Department is operating within all local, state, and federal regulations. Ability to successfully manage the Dept. of Health Survey process.


• Provides leadership, support, and guidance to ensure the Housekeeping and Laundry Service quality standards.


• Develop and maintain positive client and customer relationships.


• Successful fiscal management, achieve company and client financial targets and goals.


• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Housekeeping Supervisor Qualifications:

• Must have long-term care skilled nursing home care experience. Minimum 2 years multi-site housekeeping management experience.


• Proven track record of financial performance.


• Knowledge of Local, State and Federal regulations and the survey process.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills verbally and in writing.


• High school diploma or GED required.
