HVAC Shop ManagerDriver

MUST have HVAC experience.

DG Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for a HVAC shop manager/driver to manage operations and pick up and deliver parts and equipment. Must be proactive.

What we are looking for:

1. MUST have HVAC manufacturers, equipment, and distributors experience
2. MUST have a valid drivers license, had it for at least 3 years, and have a clean driving record (drivers license will be checked prior to employment and is a condition of hire)
3. MUST be punctual and highly detail-oriented
4. Highly motivated individual to manage heating and air conditioning warehouse
5. Set up daily equipment and material for heating and air conditioning installations
6. Order, pick up, and deliver parts and equipment and process incoming orders
7. Work closely with office staff and sales team on equipment needs
8. Computer skills a must
9. Self-starter
10. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
11. Exceptional customer service skills
12. Team player attitude
13. Being part of a close-knit team that works together to ensure efficiency
14. Satisfaction of serving others on a daily basis
15. Be aware of all safety protocols and practices
16. Bilingual/Spanish-speaking is a plus

5. The ability to safely operate vans, trucks, forklifts, hand trucks, in a variety of weather and traffic conditions
6. Knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures

Hours:

6:30am - 2:30pm M-F or 7:30am - 3:30pm M-F (need flexibility to work)
