Part Time Dietitian I

Sodexo is seeking a Part Time Registered Dietitian (16 hours per week) for Orlando Health Rockledge Regional Medical Center located in Rockledge, FL. The mission of Orlando Health Rockledge Regional Medical Center is to provide the highest quality health care with compassion and respect. This position will cover all units including the ICU. Position will also travel to Melbourne, FL or cover remotely when needed.
Incentives: Reimbursement for Academy dues, state licensure fees and CDR renewal What You'll Do:
Reporting to the Clinical Nutrition Manager, the successful candidate will:
- provide nutritional care for a variety of inpatient units, including the ICU;
- provide coverage in Melbourne, FL when needed
- be involved in hospital wide committees;
- perform quality improvement initiatives such as patient satisfaction rounds and monthly test trays;
- educate healthcare team members, including physicians and nurses; and/or
- assist with Food Service Management as needed.

What You Bring:
- Registered Dietitian credentials and be licensed in FL;
- strong verbal and written communication skills;
- good time management skills be a self-starter and a team player; and/or

Qualifications & Requirements:Minimum Education Requirement:
Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:
Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
Credentials Requirement:
Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire
