We are seeking a dynamic and astute Audit Manager to join our vibrant Accounting and Finance team. This is a permanent position that will provide you with an opportunity to lead a team of auditors and contribute to our company's financial stability. You will play a critical role in managing audits, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing top-notch client service. Responsibilities

As an Audit Manager, your duties will include:

1. Planning, executing, and managing audits in accordance with company policies and regulations. 2. Supervising and leading a team of auditors, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. 3. Preparing and presenting detailed audit reports for senior management and stakeholders. 4. Identifying and assessing areas of significant business risk and devising effective mitigation strategies. 5. Managing relationships with clients, providing excellent service, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally. 6. Keeping abreast of industry trends, changes in accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. 7. Providing guidance and training to junior members of the audit team. 8. Collaborating with other departments to enhance financial procedures, controls, and systems.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in public accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role (preferred). 2. Proven experience in audit and attestation, with a strong understanding of auditing principles and techniques. 3. Exceptional client-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. 4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a knack for motivating and developing staff. 5. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA or similar certification is preferred. 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex financial data. 7. In-depth knowledge of accounting software and databases. 8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner. 9. High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards. 10. Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
