Administrative Assistant- Accounting firm
Temporary: hours 9am 530pm or 830am 530pm
Wage: $18-$20/hr
Location: Dubuque IA, on site
Length of assignment: December to end of April
Responsibilities:
1. Answering phones
2. Scheduling appointments
3. Assisting clients with questions
4. Greet clients
5. Take payments
6. Filing of documents
7. Call clients to let them know tax returns are ready for pick- up
Qualifications:
1. Proficient in Outlook calendars
2. Proficient in Excel to manage client list
3. Square experience beneficial- used to process payments
