THIS IS A 2-WEEK CONTRACT
MEMCO Atlanta is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, and providing administrative support to various departments within the organization.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be expected to perform a wide range of duties, including compiling and analyzing data, preparing reports, and assisting with the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Pay Rate: $18/hr
- Schedule: Mon - Fri 8am-5pm
- Temp (2-WEEKS)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management and other stakeholders.
- Assist with the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- - Previous experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
