This position assists with managing the office facilities, provides miscellaneous clerical support, and coordinates office activities and functions. The position reports to the Human Resources Administrator.

Salary Range: $16.19 - $31.70

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Provides administrative support for staff as needed.
- Coordinates travel to include airfare, hotel accommodations and rental cars.
- Receives packages and inter-office mail and delivers them.
- Coordinates maintenance of office equipment; provides minor maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Receives visitors and vendors, interacts with people inside and outside the organization.
- Assists with meeting and event arrangements as requested.
- Maintains filing systems as needed.
- Orders and purchases facility supplies and services and upkeep of common areas.
- Performs additional responsibilities as required.
Salary Range: $16.19 - $31.70
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 + years of experience as an administrative assistant or a related role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Standing, stooping, bending, walking regularly
