Key Essential Functions and Accountabilities of the Job
- Provides general administrative support as requested by Executive Assistant including but not
limited to travel requests, filing, faxing, copying, ordering supplies, answering phones, greeting
visitors, etc. Collects and distributes all incoming and outgoing mail. - Provides project/program assistance to division as requested by Executive Assistant, including organization, project management, and data entry and analysis, performing complex searches, and problem solving.
- Maintains and operates various databases for division as requested by Executive Assistant.
- Provides administrative support to the Hospital Administrator when the Executive Assistant is on leave.
- Provides administrative support to the director of Rehabilitation Services, Director of Specialty Services, Lead Hospitalist, and other individuals as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
Additional Details:
Education, Certifications, and Licenses Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience Required
- 2 years of office experience preferred.
Knowledge of
- Computer applications: MS Office suite
- Operating Basic office equipment
Skills in
- Organizing work and maintaining an attention to detail.
- Time management and multitasking.
- Written and oral communication skills.
Ability to
- Maintain confidentiality in all business-related matters.
- Prioritize work assignments and accomplish the quality and quantity of work expected within set time limits.
