As a Warehouse Associate at Evergreen Flooring, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operations of our warehouse, supporting our sales team, and providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Receiving and organizing incoming inventory, including carpets, rugs, and other flooring materials.
• Accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for delivery or customer pickup.
• Loading and unloading trucks and safely operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, ensuring safety regulations are always followed.
• Assisting with inventory control, conducting regular inventory counts, and reporting discrepancies to management.
• Collaborating with the sales team to fulfill customer orders and provide excellent service.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role, preferably in the flooring or construction industry.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification is a plus).
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing.
