We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to support a private family with a variety of administrative, household, and personal tasks. This full-time position will involve working both in the principal’s home and office, providing seamless support to the family, managing daily operations, and helping with ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will be able to juggle multiple responsibilities with ease, maintain confidentiality, and work efficiently across a range of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including managing emails, correspondence, overseeing calendar management and scheduling appointments.
- Oversee household management tasks, including paying bills, managing household inventory, and serving as a liaison between the principal and the housekeeper.
- Assist with organizing and managing household and office tasks, including project management for tasks such as remodeling the bathroom, organizing spaces, and working on other household organization projects.
- Handle travel arrangements, primarily domestic, including booking flights, accommodations, and creating detailed itineraries.
- Manage expenses and assist with financial tasks, including working with QuickBooks, organizing bills, and helping to get accounting up to date for the year.
- Run errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, some pet care and ability to drive family members when needed.
- Act as a point of contact for external vendors, staff, and contractors, ensuring the home and office are running smoothly.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Personal Assistant or in a similar role, with a focus on both administrative and household management tasks.
- Experience working with accounting tools like QuickBooks and handling household finances.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to act as a liaison between the principal and staff.
- Comfort with pet care responsibilities and occasional dog walking.
- A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and proactively solve problems.
Location: Roswell, GA (in office and out of principal's home)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 30-40 hours/week, with flexibility required
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 DOE + benefits, PTO (W2 or 1099)
