Alera Group Wealth Services (Formally GCG Financial, LLC), an Alera Group Company is seeking a highly motivated Associate, Wealth Client Services to join their Wealth Services team.

As an Associate, Wealth Client Services, you will provide Insurance and Investment sales, and administrative and marketing support to a pool of high-producing advisors with the opportunity to branch out into additional operational support activities.

• Supporting the advisor in developing new and existing client relationships
• Processing service requests on behalf of the advisor or at the request of clients
• Onboarding and maintaining client accounts, including collecting and updating client information and required documentation
• Managing the Client Review process, including scheduling, preparing client review materials, and follow-up
• Supporting the advisor’s marketing strategy through pipeline management and outreach campaigns
• Ensuring compliance with firm policies and procedures and adhering to industry regulations
• Participating in special projects and initiatives at the direction of office leadership

• Undergraduate college degree required
• Series 7, 66, Health & Life licenses (or willingness to obtain within 1 Year of Employment)
• Minimum 3 years of Financial Services, Insurance, and/or Investment Advisory experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM tools, and other relevant programs
• Familiarity with custodial platforms (ie Wealthscape and National Financial Services), as well as insurance carrier platforms and products
