JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee our marketing operations, focusing on developing and implementing marketing plans aligned with our business objectives. This role involves staying updated with marketing trends, conducting market research, and managing relationships with various marketing vendors. The ideal candidate will lead a team to meet department goals effectively while managing budgets and ensuring the success of marketing projects.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans. Conduct market research to guide marketing strategy and decision-making. Manage relationships with marketing vendors and oversee advertising, events, and public relations efforts. Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring the achievement of project milestones and department goals. Oversee budget management for all marketing activities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Proficiency in Google Sheets, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables. Ability to analyze and present data effectively. Strong financial background with an understanding of marketing budget management.
Industry Experience Required: Experience in marketing, sales operations, finance, and/or sales is essential, with a preference for candidates who have a BA/BS degree in a related field.
