Your attention to detail and in-depth knowledge of tax regulations will be crucial in ensuring compliance and maximizing tax benefits for our clients. Tax Return Review: You will review tax returns prepared by other team members, providing guidance and feedback to ensure accuracy and adherence to tax laws. Your expertise in tax planning and strategy will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for tax optimization and minimizing risk. Collaborate with Team: You will work closely with our team, collaborating on various projects and initiatives. Your strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment will be key in fostering a positive and productive team dynamic. Qualifications: 6 years of public accounting experience: You must have a strong background in public accounting, with a minimum of 6 years of tax experience. Your extensive knowledge of tax regulations and best practices will be essential in this role. Tax expertise: You should have a deep understanding of tax laws and regulations, with a focus on income tax preparation and review. CPA is a plus but not required: While a CPA designation is preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement for this position. However, candidates without a CPA must demonstrate equivalent experience and expertise in tax. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: You should possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze financial data and identify tax optimization opportunities. Your attention to detail and ability to think critically will be crucial in this role. Effective communication skills: You must have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts to clients and team members.
