Workforce Solutions partners directly with teams looking to hire top talent. We are currently working with a family-owned manufacturing company looking for an Administrative Assistant working from their Madison, WI location.
What's the role?
The Administrative Assistant is a key position that provides support to offsite sales management allowing them to function efficiently and focus on strategic business initiatives. In this position, the Administrative Assistant will maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism as they will often be communicating on behalf of sales management. General duties include prioritizing emails, completing documents and performing computer functions to move projects through the company, taking phone calls, gathering and preparing documents for internal/external meetings as well as customer communications.

What experience and skills do I need to be successful?
- High school degree or equivalent related work experience. A secondary educational degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in an administrative role supporting executive leadership is highly desired.
- Advanced computer competency required in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to always provide the highest level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Extremely detail-oriented.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
- Great Customer Service skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with deadline pressures. Planning and carrying out responsibilities with minimal direction.
- Experience in a small business setting is a plus.
