What's the Job?
- Answer multi-line phone, ascertain caller needs and route calls appropriately
- Prioritize and multitask in a sometimes fast-paced environment
- Establish and maintain productive communication and working relationships with individuals inside/outside the Agency
- Represent the Agency's set of core beliefs and values
- Effectively communicate and document all forms of communication in appropriate locations
- Six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Associates degree or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software and standard office equipment
- Good organizational, analytical, and judgment skills to manage time, prioritize, work independently, and handle multiple tasks
- Attention to detail
