Job Overview:
- Position: Administrative Assistant with a focus on mailroom duties.
- Company: Nevada Corporate Headquarters, Inc. (NCH), a company that has been assisting with launching businesses since 1989.
- Location: Not specified, but the hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Compensation: $15 to $17 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Mailroom management: Handling all aspects of the mailroom, ensuring the smooth operation of incoming and outgoing mail.
- Shipping & Receiving: Monitoring daily shipping and receiving activities.
- Document preparation: Preparing documents for mailing to both internal and external clients.
- Client communication: Answering and forwarding calls, taking messages when necessary.
- Postage Account Management: Managing postage accounts for external customers.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of administrative support experience, particularly in shipping and receiving.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills.
- Ability: Must be able to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately within deadlines.
