Seasonal Gift Card Representative
Join the Burke Williams team this holiday season! We seek enthusiastic individuals to represent our brand and provide exceptional customer experiences at our spa locations across Southern California.
Position Overview:
As a Seasonal Gift Card Representative, you will be crucial in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests. You will be guests' first and last impression, making customized recommendations regarding our services and exciting holiday gift card offers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer and demonstrate expert knowledge of gift card specials, spa services, membership programs and retail items to help your guests enhance their wellness journeys.
- Manage point-of-sale by handling credit card and cash transactions.
- Check-in and check-out each guest by confirming their reservation, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
- Facilitate gift card sales and assist with service bookings.
- Sell spa products and memberships, leveraging your sales and skills.
- Maintain a clean and orderly front desk area at all times.
- Maintain guest experience standards throughout the entire holiday season.
Position Requirements:
- Front desk or customer service experience preferred.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings and holidays
- Strong communication skills and excellent customer service abilities.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior computer skills and sales experience are a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk for 95% of shift and lift to support cleaning and organizing retail and front desk and lounge areas.
