Role Overview:
We’re seeking a resourceful and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our EVP/CFO, COO, and CHRO. This isn’t a behind-the-scenes administrative role—it’s a high-impact, partnership-driven position. You’ll function as an operational linchpin, ensuring that our executives can maintain peak productivity and focus on driving the company forward. We’re looking for a true professional who can anticipate needs, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver consistently flawless execution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Calendar & Inbox Management: Proactively manage complex schedules and inboxes, prioritize tasks, and streamline daily workflows to maximize executive efficiency.
  • Meeting Preparation & Follow-Up: Prepare agendas, compile briefing materials and reports, accurately capture notes, and track action items through completion.
  • Project & Initiative Support: Assist with ongoing projects—coordinating travel, processing expenses, conducting targeted research, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High-Quality Presentation Creation: Develop polished, data-driven PowerPoint presentations, reports, and strategic communications that reflect our brand’s professionalism.
  • Event & Launch Coordination: Play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless execution of high-stakes events and product launches, managing logistical details and troubleshooting issues in real-time.


Requirements:

Who You Are:

  • Seasoned Support Professional: Minimum of 2-5 years supporting C-level executives (CFO-level financial exposure preferred). You’re adept at handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Tech-Savvy & Efficient: Fluent in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, and Asana. You quickly master new tools and build efficiencies through them.
  • Excellent Communicator: You translate complexity into clarity with polished verbal and written communication skills, adapting your style to diverse audiences.
  • Proactive Problem-Solver: You’re not just responsive—you’re ahead of the curve. You anticipate needs, navigate obstacles swiftly, and deliver solutions before problems arise.
  • Collaborative & Agile: You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You value teamwork and approach challenges with professionalism, maturity, and a calm demeanor.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Valid, unrestricted driver’s license required
