Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Front Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our organization, making a positive first impression on clients and visitors alike. The Front Office Assistant will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling a variety of administrative tasks, and ensuring that the office runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and route phone calls to appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Manage scheduling of appointments and meetings for staff members.
  • Maintain and organize office supplies, ensuring stock levels are adequate.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, distributing as necessary.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a front office or administrative role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
