Cellardoor Winery is hiring: Landscaping/Vineyard/Production in Lincolnville

Located on the scenic mid-coast of Maine, Cellardoor Winery in Lincolnville is seeking a versatile, energetic, and motivated addition to our vineyard, property, and production team.  Team members maintain our beautiful, historic property; assist in the winery; and tend to the vines on our five-acre vineyard. The seasonal position begins with pruning at the end of winter and ends late fall, with the potential for year-round employment and career advancement for the right candidate.

From pruning to harvest to fermentation and beyond—the person in this unique position will be able to see the entire cycle from grapes to wine.  Prior vineyard and winery experience is not required, but the ability to lift and carry 50 pounds is a necessity.

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

Pruning/Tying

Landscaping

Weed and Canopy Management

Harvesting, processing, and sorting fruit

General Sanitization of tanks, barrels, and facility

Fermentation/cap management (pump-overs/punch downs)
Bottling finished wines
