A Day in the Life of a Customer Service Representative

  • Hours: Monday - Friday from 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
  • Provide friendly and professional support primarily to our wholesale customers via phone, email, and in person.
  • Establish and maintain accurate customer accounts in our database.
  • Receive and confirm incoming orders, ensuring all details are correct.
  • Enter order information into our software and process invoices and paperwork.
  • Use your problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find solutions.
  • Be a positive ambassador for our company and help us continue to grow!

What you'll need to succeed:

  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • 2+ years of office experience with data entry
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and web technology
