Associates degree or three years office experience
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
Computer proficiency
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience with AutoCAD strongly preferred

-Manufacturing Engineer
We are searching for a detail oriented, technically minded self-starter to work closely with multiple departments in our Rockford, IL manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will ideally have experience with both metric and standard dimensions, blueprint reading and be comfortable covering different roles day-to-day.
Job responsibilities include:
Create and modify 2D drawings using AutoCAD
Review customer provided drawings to ensure correct information is used in quoting and provided to manufacturing divisions
Maintain records of in-process and completed jobs
Update company database with new products and changes to existing products
Assist Sales in quoting customer inquiries and improving requirements to provide optimal product for the customer’s needs
Backup Sales team to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner
Work with Quality Control and Sales to answer customer concerns and inquiries
Purchasing of tooling and similar supplies
Recommendations for adjustments/alterations to processes to ensure ideal manufacturing capabilities
