POSITION TITLE: Sales Account Manager
LOCATION: Mission Valley, CA (Hybrid - in Office 3 days)
COMPENSATION: $68,000 - $70,000
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a detail-oriented
Sales Account Manager
to support our dynamic sales team for the EOR/Payrolling division. This unique role combines
critical administrative functions
with
active sales engagement , making it ideal for a professional who thrives on both strategic organization and direct business development. RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:
Admininstrative tasks: Manage and maintain divisional records in the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness Conduct thorough lead auditing and validation processes to optimize sales pipeline quality Implement and maintain robust lead qualification and routing processes Generate weekly and monthly reports on lead status, conversion rates, and sales pipeline health Partner with leadership to develop and maintain client “alumni” lead network Sales tasks: Perform proactive outreach to warm leads, supporting the sales team's growth objectives Maintain detailed documentation and audit trails of sales interactions Deliver and manage retention of sales contracts and proposals Manage and organize sales-related communications and correspondence Develop and maintain standardized communication templates Collaborate with sales team members to streamline administrative processes and support overall team productivity Coordinate team calendars and scheduling for sales representatives, ensuring efficient time management Ensure compliance with internal policies MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 2+ years of experience in sales operations, administrative support, or similar role Exceptional organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitasking Excellent written and verbal communication skills Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management Understanding of basic contract management and compliance principles It would be great if you had these: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field, or equivalent working experience Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms) PERKS & BENEFITS: At the center of Eastridge Workforce Solutions' values is the belief that the most important thing we do is continue to hire the best people and create a workplace where they can thrive.
