to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and scaling B2B SaaS products, as well as experience with SaaS integrations in the Merchant Services and Payment Processing space. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of cutting-edge solutions in the financial technology space. Responsibilities: Product Strategy and Vision:
Lead the product strategy for a suite of B2B SaaS solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear product roadmaps and ensure alignment with business goals.
Product Development:
Take ownership of the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including ideation, specification, design, and delivery of features and enhancements. Work closely with engineering and design teams to bring concepts to life.
Customer-Centric Focus:
Conduct customer research, gather feedback, and deeply understand the needs of businesses within the Merchant Services and Payment Processing sectors. Prioritize features that create value for customers and drive business growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Act as the liaison between product, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives and alignment on deliverables.
M&A Involvement:
If applicable, actively participate in M&A activities related to SaaS products, providing input and guidance on integration strategies, product optimization, and market positioning.
Product Launch & Go-to-Market:
Drive successful product launches by defining launch plans, collaborating with marketing and sales, and ensuring that the product meets customer expectations.
Transparent Communication:
Maintain clear and transparent communication with all stakeholders, including executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and customers. Foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented environment.
Continuous Improvement:
Regularly assess and evaluate product performance, including usage data, customer feedback, and market trends, to identify opportunities for product enhancements or new features.
Required Qualifications: Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment, with a strong understanding of SaaS product development and lifecycle management.
Demonstrated experience in building or managing SaaS products from scratch, including successfully launching and scaling them.
Strong understanding of the Merchant Services and Payment Processing industry. Experience with platforms such as Worldpay, Fiserv, Global Payments, or similar solutions is highly preferred.
In-depth knowledge of payment technologies, integrations, and the technical landscape of payment systems.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills—clear, concise, and professional in both written and verbal communication.
Experience with M&A work for SaaS products is a significant advantage, including working on integrations and optimizations post-acquisition.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take the initiative in a fast-paced environment.
