Peraton is seeking a

Software Developer (.NET)

to be a part of CFTC Data Engineering and Architecture team. Peraton serves as a valued partner to essential government agencies across the intelligence, space, cyber, defense, civilian, health, and state and local markets. This position is Hybrid, required to work onsite some days, must be within the DC, MD, VA area.

What you will do: Design and develop cloud-native solutions. This is an opportunity to use the latest cloud technologies as you look for ways to improve your client's environment using current cloud capabilities. Develop Databases, Data Warehouses and the ETL applications and infrastructure necessary to populate them. Troubleshooting and performance tuning services in development, test and production environments. Maintain document and diagram cloud solutions, gathering requirements to support the platform and systems. Extend, bug fix and maintain code to meet user requirements/issues. Maintain Stored-procedures, Views, and SSIS packages to address users' requests and concerns. Do root-cause analysis for users' questions/concerns. Communicate with business user groups and stakeholders to understand requirements, present work and troubleshoot. Critical thinker with ability to connect the dots of technical work to big picture plan.

Qualifications

Required Qualification:

8 years with BS/BA. Additional 4 years of experience may be accepted in lieu of the degree. Minimum 8 years of experience with Software Development. Experience with C# and .Net. Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, AWS Redshift. Excellent communication skills. Experience communicating with business users and stakeholders. Critical thinking skills and ability to connect the dots of technical work to big picture plan. Must be a US Citizen. Must be able to obtain and maintain the required agency clearance (Public Trust). Preferred Qualifications:

Federal or Government contracting and consulting experience is a plus. AWS Cloud Certifications. Experience with PostgreSQL databases. Experience with SQL Server Integration Services. Benefits:

Target Salary Range

$86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors. #J-18808-Ljbffr
