As a Senior Manager in Business Architecture, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological landscape of our organization. You will be the linchpin connecting technology with key business functions, ensuring effective engagement and the delivery of complex solutions. Your expertise will be critical in crafting business capabilities that align with processes and deploying technological solutions to enhance operations.
Your key responsibilities
Lead the delivery of complex processes and solutions
Drive innovation and thought leadership
Manage commercial relationships and client engagements
Engaging in revenue generation and client relationship management
Leading program and project management, with necessary travel to meet client needs
Identifying sales opportunities and collaborating on RFPs
Managing engagement economics and developing resource plans
Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and possess strong business acumen.
Lead and deliver quality SAP projects or workstreams, or act as the delivery lead for a support operation.
Consistently deliver quality client services. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels, manage client governance and develop future opportunities.
Skills and attributes for success To thrive in this role, you will need a blend of leadership, business acumen, and technological expertise. Additionally, you should possess:
Strong judgment in method selection and technique implementation
Ability to develop solutions to complex problems
Autonomy in setting objectives and providing directional feedback
To qualify for the role, you must have
A Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree being highly desirable
At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in one or more SAP Modules
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based and support team members
Experience managing Agile Dev/Ops delivery teams
Experience managing offshore and remote delivery teams
Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments and prior advisory experience relevant to industry specific finance and technology functions
Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies
A willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 80%
Ideally, you’ll also have
Prior consulting industry experience
SAP Certification/s
Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of your core module

What we offer We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $150,000 to $342,600. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $180,000 to $389,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
