The
Vice President, Web and Content Strategy
is a team leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of content and web strategy, development, execution, and optimization across all marketing channels and programs to enhance brand awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be a digital native with expertise in Web, SEO, and conversion optimization. The responsibilities of this role include strategy development, program execution, team management, and process optimization. The Vice President will drive content initiatives that enhance brand positioning, engage target audiences, and drive revenue growth across all digital platforms. You will collaborate with key stakeholders across the company to develop thought leadership and acquisition-focused content that positions the organization as a market leader. This role is a perfect fit for a metrics-driven, creative marketing leader with a passion for innovation and data-backed decision-making. What You’ll Do
Create and execute the overall website strategy, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience, and driving growth and engagement through compelling content, design, and functionality. Oversight of UX, SEO, CRO, Dev, and own key reports around traffic, website performance, conversion rates, and SEO/CRO program performance to meet new customer growth/ROI targets. Create and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the company’s marketing goals and overall business objectives. Oversee the efficient development of content to support all campaigns and marketing programs, including web pages, blogs, thought leadership, podcasts, demos, videos, social media, and email. Lead the organic growth strategy including thought leadership content and distribution across YouTube, social media, Reddit, and other high attention placements to develop and engage our target audience. Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to produce content that supports product launches, customer education, and sales enablement. Establish KPIs and build a culture of data-driven decisions to monitor content performance and inform future strategy. Work closely with sales leadership and product marketing to understand buyer personas, shape go-to-market strategies, and define messaging and content needs. Build and manage a high-performing web and content team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Oversee external partnerships with agencies, freelancers, and influencers to scale content efforts when necessary. Stay ahead of marketing innovations, particularly generative AI, analytics tools, web technologies, SEO, and content marketing best practices to enhance the organization’s digital footprint. About You
10+ years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or related roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity, preferably within the fintech or SaaS industry. Authority in B2B web strategy with 10+ years of experience as a marketing leader within fast-paced technology companies. Proven track record of leading successful content marketing strategies, preferably in fintech or other highly regulated industries. Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and social media best practices. Experience managing and scaling content teams, with a focus on performance-driven results. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate content strategies to senior leadership. Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions. Strategic leader with the ability to execute and drive results with meticulous attention to detail. Strong analytical skills and metrics-based decision making. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven track record of website management and execution. Strong knowledge of the Ad tech landscape. Positive, can-do attitude and ability to manage multiple projects at once. Extremely flexible, positive, proactive with a strong bias towards action.
