About the Team TikTok's Global Marketing team helps ensure we're delivering on this mission through all of our marketing and communication efforts, helping set the brand tone and bring the brand story to life through constant marketing innovation across advertising, digital engagement, and social storytelling.

About the Role The Global Integrated Marketing Team is a diverse group of innovative and passionate professionals driven by creativity and collaboration. As part of our team, you'll work with skilled strategists, visionary creatives, and data-driven analysts to shape impactful campaigns that align with business goals. Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand metrics among non-users and current users in AMS.

Lead marketing campaigns and initiatives end-to-end execution, including project plan, cross-function alignment, and success measurement (using analytics and data to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement).

Define the project plan and campaign objectives based on data, target audience, and size, main KPIs, core narrative, estimated budget, and previous insights. Provide direction to different teams: media, creative, strategy and analytics, social, and communications.

Manage overall campaigns: timelines, resources, define roles and responsibilities among teams, communicate campaign progress, define measurement plan, share learnings, among others.

Be able to influence cross-functional teams when managing large scale campaigns and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:

Related experience in marketing strategy, brand strategy, brand reputation, diversity projects, partnership or co-branding; relevant experience in tech companies preferred. International company experience preferred.

Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data to measure the success of marketing campaigns.

Highly motivated and result-oriented self-starter. Capable of tolerating high speed and pressure working load and intent to pursue high performance.

Strong background in project management and operational tasks within projects (contracts, payments, reports, etc).

Experience leading and managing cross-functional projects, budgets, and timelines, and able to motivate and inspire with their projects (including agencies).

Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present ideas to stakeholders.

Experience in marketing techniques such as TV, OOH, print, social media, paid media, influencer, and measurement.

Strong collaboration skills.
