Whatever your background, wherever you’re from – we want you to join the conversation. Let’s talk.
About the Role:
At Aircall, we’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team of talented, customer-centric, and collaborative PMMs. In this role, you will be a key member of a global, cross-functional team based across the US and Europe. You will have a particular focus on Aircall's integration and partnerships ecosystem. This is an opportunity to help drive strategic initiatives and have a big impact on the business! If you’re a person who loves the challenge of a scale-up atmosphere, enjoys solving meaningful problems, and wants to feel like part of a team — then you just might be the person we’re looking for. This role is based in Seattle. Key Responsibilities:
Become an expert in our product, our market, our partners’ ecosystems, and especially our customers and buyers. Contribute to roadmap planning by conducting market and customer research as needed and helping prioritize releases that would be strategic for the business. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in defining strategies to best leverage our strategic alliances, channel partners, and API ecosystem to source new business. Develop the go-to-market strategy for integrations and define key value propositions that articulate the benefits of joint solutions in a way that resonates with target customers. Make sure internal teams like Sales and Customer Success have the resources they need about key integrations, such as trainings, competitive talking points, and customer testimonials. Own website content and compelling internal and external collaterals around integrations (such as one-sheets, demo videos, battlecards etc.). Build messaging briefs and inform the marketing strategy for integrations through your product, buyers, and ecosystem knowledge. Manage customer surveys (such as beta feedback) and feedback-loops with customer-facing teams (ie post-launch) to help reach product-market fit. Contribute to competitive insights. Stay positive, solution oriented, and creative. Qualifications:
Excellent English with outstanding written, verbal and presentation skills. A minimum of 5 years or more of relevant experience working with a B2B technology product. Previous experience working on integrations/partnerships/app ecosystem for a B2B SaaS or for a leading CRM / Helpdesk company is a strong plus. Strong project management skills are mandatory as well as a proven ability to work cross-functionally to achieve business goals. A data-driven mindset and an ability to set measurable objectives. A proactive communicator who is excited to take initiative and manage projects involving stakeholders of diverse seniorities, with little guidance. A left- and right-brain thinker who is both creative and analytical. An excellent storyteller who understands how to tailor a message to meet an audience’s needs. A globally-minded person who enjoys working with a diverse group of international colleagues. Compensation:
$160,000 - $200,000 a year. This is not including a bonus and other benefits. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience. Why join us?
