Job Description We’re seeking a

Director of Strategic Operations

to guide our teams to excellence and assist in the growth of our company success and growth into new markets. As the

Director of Strategic Operations , you’ll be the key architect behind operational success, strategic growth, and innovation. You’ll work closely with leadership to develop and implement programs that deliver exceptional guest experiences while ensuring clean, profitable, and service-driven restaurant operations. This hybrid role allows you to balance collaboration with flexibility, requiring one in-office day per week, to align with team and business needs. What You’ll Do: Strategic Leadership: Serve as a strategic partner, overseeing restaurant operations and driving the development of new stores and concepts. Develop strategies and tools to achieve financial objectives and expand our footprint. Enhance the Guest Experience: Create programs that boost guest loyalty, frequency, and satisfaction. Research and apply culinary and marketing trends to elevate our offerings and stay ahead of the competition. Drive Operational Excellence: Lead the development of annual plans to increase sales and strengthen brand loyalty. Analyze market competition and benchmarks to continuously improve pricing, promotions, and product offerings. Team Development: Build and coach future leaders, providing guidance to maximize their performance and support company growth. Empower teams to excel, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. Innovate and Execute: Lead special projects with precision, ensuring they meet objectives and deliver measurable results. Stay ahead of quick-service and casual dining trends, attending conferences and exploring innovations to propel the business forward. What You’ll Bring: Proven leadership experience in multi-unit restaurant operations or a similar environment. Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a results-driven mindset. A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and building high-performing teams. Flexibility to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced industry. Compensation and Schedule: Pay Range : $160,000 - $200,000 annually (based on experience and location). Hybrid work schedule

with one in-office day per week, designed to foster collaboration while supporting work-life balance. Specific days will be determined based on team needs and can be discussed during the interview process.
