Work Setup: Hybrid (In-office Tuesdays & Wednesdays)
Rate: 30-35/hour

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities
  • Manage and prioritize multiple high-priority projects with efficiency.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including scheduling, communications, and document preparation.
  • Leverage advanced skills in Google Workspace (Gmail, Contacts, Calendar, Docs, Drive, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
  • Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

Administrative Assistant Must-Have Skills
  • Project Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks and high-volume workloads without becoming overwhelmed.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in computer skills and identifying process improvement opportunities.
