Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support
- Calendar Management:
- Coordinate and maintain complex schedules, ensuring time is allocated in alignment with priorities.
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them.
- Meeting and Event Coordination:
- Plan and prepare agendas for leadership meetings, capturing detailed notes and action items.
- Organize off-site meetings, retreats, and team-building activities.
- Communications Management:
- Serve as a gatekeeper for internal and external communications, managing email correspondence, calls, and inquiries.
- Draft, review, and edit communications, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Travel and Expense Management:
- Arrange comprehensive travel itineraries, ensuring seamless execution of logistics.
- Manage expense reporting and reconciliation with accuracy and timeliness.
- Relationship Management:
- Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring effective communication on behalf of executives.
- Confidentiality:
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Strategic Initiative Support:
- Collaborate with leadership to define project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Track progress against milestones, identifying and mitigating risks proactively.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Coordinate between departments and external partners to ensure project alignment and smooth execution.
- Project Reporting:
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and dashboards for leadership review.

Requirements
Qualifications:
