Job Duties
This position provides full range of legal and administrative support to 2- 4 litigation attorneys, including typing and formatting legal documents, briefs and correspondence, filing, answering telephones, responding to citizen inquiries, creating/maintaining legal databases, managing docket/correspondence control for attorneys, maintaining case management database and record keeping. Additionally, this position serves as the office manager supervising secretarial staff, coordinating adequate personnel coverage, facilitating work with the paralegals and attorneys, and generating reports as needed.

Experience in the following computer based systems is desired but not required: LawBase, Excel, Worldox, and Netdocs.

Minimum Qualifications
- Proficient in MS Word, encompassing the preparation of litigation documents including briefs, memoranda and correspondence.
- Workload demands typing skill of at least 65-70 wpm.
- Candidate must be detail-oriented and demonstrate the ability to work proficiently in an intense, litigation-deadline environment.
- In addition, candidate must demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as a team player in covering the work of others when the situation demands.
