Description

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to join our dynamic team and support a fast-paced, complex program. As part of an agile team, you will enhance system security architecture, manage multiple system security plans, and support Security Verification Testing (SVT) of relevant devices. This role involves collaborating with other technical experts to improve operational, test, integration, and development systems.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Validating and verifying system security requirements
• Identifying and implementing appropriate information security architectures
• Assessing and mitigating system security threats and risks
• Communicating with Program Managers and customer organizations regarding security issues
• Planning and conducting security verification testing

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Assurance, Information Security System Engineering, or a related discipline
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of security practices and policies
• Hands-on vulnerability testing experience
• Experience applying Risk Management Framework
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Defense in Depth Principals/Technology experience
• DoD 8570 compliance with IASAE Level 2 or 3
• CISSP Certification
• Experience with penetration testing tools and scripting languages
