Delivery Driver Job Location: American Canyon, California Job Type: Temp to Hire Pay Rate: $24-$25/hour Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am-3:30pm Description of Position: We are seeking an experienced and reliable Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver’s license, prior forklift experience, and the ability to certify onsite. This role involves transporting goods using a Peterbilt 16' flatbed truck within a 50-mile radius. Job Responsibilities: Operate a Peterbilt 16' flatbed truck to transport goods safely and efficiently. Load and unload goods using a forklift (certification can be completed onsite). Ensure the safe and secure transportation of goods. Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs. Follow all traffic laws and company safety guidelines. Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate effectively with team members. Description of Company: You will be supporting a well established plumbing supply company in American Canyon, California. Experience Required: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Prior forklift experience (onsite certification available). Comfortable driving a flatbed truck. Ability to pass a background check and DMV screening. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
