Production Associate: Roberts, WI
Our customer in Roberts, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Production Associates to work full-time on 1st shift. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process through a variety of tasks, including material handling, assembly, packaging, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
They are seeking motivated individuals to join their team who can contribute to the overall success of the company.
Responsibilities of the Production Associate:
- Operate and maintain machinery and equipment as needed
- Assist with assembly and packaging of products
- Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Support team members in meeting production goals
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
Production Associate Requirements and Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic mechanical skills are a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay for Production Associate: Starting at $16-$20/hour.
