What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of manufacturing experience
  • 1+ years of forklift experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Forklift certification preferred
  • Knowledge of how to read and understand manufacturing instructions
  • Ability tor ead and write in English or communicate in American Sign Language
  • Ability to w ork second shift and weekends
  • Ability to stand up for 8 to 10 hours a day
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to b end, stoop, grip, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis
What You'll Do as a Forklift Operator
  • Adhere to quality and customer service standards set forth by the company
  • Pick, wrap, and stage orders to be shipped.
  • Inspect and perform maintenance of forklifts and other material-handling equipment
  • Identify safety hazards in the workplace.
  • Remove used items such as pallets and trash bins from production, packaging, and warehouse areas
  • Move parts, products, or other items physically or with a forklift, tugger, or vehicle
  • Maintain accurate records of quantities, pack size, and description
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
