Mass Commercial Cleaning is seeking a dynamic and motivated
Business Development Manager
to seek out new accounts. This role combines strategic prospecting, client engagement, and market education to expand our footprint in the commercial cleaning industry.
As the
Business Development Manager , you will build a robust pipeline of new clients and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals. This position requires a hunter mentality who understands consultative sales and facility management.
Key Responsibilities:
Pipeline Development & Market Engagement:
Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities through strategic prospecting efforts. Actively prospect and identify new sales targets in the field during "golden hours" (10 AM-4 PM, Monday-Friday). Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including Property Managers, Business Owners, Healthcare Facilities, Hospitality Professionals, Brokers, and Maintenance Teams. Participate in industry events per month and join relevant associations to generate leads. Sales Activity and Reporting:
Achieve approximately 50 client and prospect connections per week through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, meetings, and social media outreach. Use CRM software to manage accounts, track marketing activities, and maintain accurate client records. Document all activities in the designated system (e.g., Pipeline). What We Offer:

Base Salary : Competitive base pay. Commissions : Uncapped earning potential. Target Earnings : $60,000 - $100,000+ annually.
