Experienced (1-2 years) Dental Front Desk Receptionist
We are seeking a talented Full-Time Dental Front Desk Receptionist with at least two years of experience to join our state-of-the-art, multi-specialty office in Chelsea and Hell's Kitchen, Manhattan, NY. Conveniently located near multiple train stations, our offices boast cutting-edge technology and a well-organized, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate should demonstrate exceptional communication skills, a warm and welcoming personality, strong multitasking abilities, and a dedicated work ethic. We are looking for someone who can provide outstanding customer service and work effectively within a team.
Proficiency in Dentrix, experience with PPO insurance, the ability to interpret Pre-Determinations, excellent patient communication skills, and the ability to present complex treatment plans clearly are all crucial for this position. Responsibilities will include assisting with insurance breakdowns, managing appointment scheduling, and confirming appointments. Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and Saturdays, is a must.
