As the Head of Product, you will be one of our most senior leaders. You will drive company strategy and execution across our product portfolio collaborating with various teams such as management, clients, revenue, markets, operations, and engineering to deliver robust product solutions that can scale our offerings. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a deep understanding of the digital asset business, encompassing trade lifecycle workflows, financing and risk operations, collateral management, liquidity management, and regulatory reporting. By leveraging this expertise, you will contribute to developing and enhancing our product suite to meet clients needs in a rapidly evolving and regulated environment.

Base pay for this role is expected to be between $244,000 and $351,000 USD. This expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. This role will also be eligible for other forms of compensation such as a performance linked bonus, equity, and a competitive benefits package. Actual compensation for a successful candidate will be determined based on a number of factors such as skillset, experience, and qualifications.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of ~20 Product Managers and UX Designers, fostering a high-performance culture and driving continuous improvement in the team's outputs and quality
- Deeply understand and articulate customer pain points to ensure our products meet their needs and provide value
- Drive long term roadmap confidence and clarity across the organization and with the board
- Align cross-functional teams on priorities and roadmap, ensuring clarity and focus, and deliver against clearly defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and customer needs, informing product strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches, coordinating efforts for seamless execution
- Oversee the end-to-end product development process, ensuring timely delivery of product features and enhancements.
- Define and track key product metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement in product performance and user satisfaction
Qualifications We Seek:
- Track record delivering material company-level outcomes, setting and achieving product goals and objectives
- Experience managing and leading a team of Product Managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
- Strong knowledge of the institutional crypto industry, including regulatory frameworks, and emerging technologies
- In-depth understanding of crypto market structure
- Experience in building, managing and/or using electronic trading and/or market making systems across financial instruments, preferably in crypto
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management
- Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to conduct market research, analyze user feedback, and translate insights into actionable product requirements
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to navigate complex challenges and make strategic product decisions
