Real Estate Data Analyst
The Real Estate Data Analyst supports the business intelligence/data analytics for the Real Estate and Global Site Operations team and reports directly to the Real Estate Manager. This role focuses on developing and maintaining real estate database/business intelligence datasets such as financial dashboards & models, analyzing leases, spend from invoices, and assisting with budgeting for real estate lease decision and operations. The ideal candidate is analytical, detailoriented, and proficient in working with large complex data.

Real Estate Data Analyst
The Real Estate Data Analyst supports the business intelligence/data analytics for the Real Estate and Global Site Operations team and reports directly to the Real Estate Manager. This role focuses on developing and maintaining real estate database/business intelligence datasets such as financial dashboards & models, analyzing leases, spend from invoices, and assisting with budgeting for real estate lease decision and operations. The ideal candidate is analytical, detailoriented, and proficient in working with large complex data.
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Develop and maintain databases to maintain real estate key performance indicators
- Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize real estate financial metrics, including lease metrics, real estate and facilities spend, budgets, rent payment schedules, invoice tracking and parking costs and database.
- Analyze trends in facilities and operational costs to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership.
Budget & Spend Tracking
- Assist in creating and monitoring budgets for real estate and facilities operations.
- Review and validate invoices for real estate and facilities expenses.
- Track forecasts against actuals and ensure accurate reporting of spend against budget.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in invoicing or financial records.
Data Analysis
- Gather, organize, and analyze large datasets of rent related invoices, lease terms, occupancy costs to evaluate real estate performance.
- Provide actionable insights on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per square foot, cost per person, and space utilization.
- Collect and interpret real estate market data (e.g., sales trends, rental rates, vacancy rates)
- Support in business case creation for real estate decisions (acquisitions, right-sizing, relocations, closures)
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with the Real Estate Manager and Facilities Team to align data insights with operational strategies.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
- Coordinate with external vendors or landlords as needed for data collection and issue resolution.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Data Analytics, or related field.
Experience
- 2-4 years in data analysis/science, financial reporting, or real estate analytics.
- Familiarity with commercial real estate operations is a plus.
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
- Experience with real estate management platforms (e.g., CoStar).
- Familiarity with GIS mapping tools
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
- Self-starter, ability to work independently while being comfortable asking questions and seeking direction as needed.

- Detail-oriented, high attention to accuracy with the ability to manage multiple tasks & large projects simultaneously.
