Junior Analyst

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in maintaining data pipelines and ensuring data integrity across systems.
- Generate routine and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders.
- Build and update dashboards in tools like Power BI or similar platforms.
- Assist in creating visualizations that clearly communicate data insights.
- Perform basic statistical analyses to identify trends and patterns in data.
- Support senior analysts in interpreting data to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and support their objectives.
- Assist in monitoring compliance metrics and identifying discrepancies in billing, reporting, or documentation.
- Ensure timely data entry and adherence to established data governance standards.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in data analytics.
- Participate in team training sessions and contribute to knowledge sharing.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Effectively communicate; generate professional written material.
- Demonstrate interpersonal and presentation skills for frequent contact with clients and co-workers.
- Highly developed problem solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude, integrity and social/cultural awareness and sensitivity.
- Competent to work independently, take initiative, set priorities and see projects through to completion.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, including a keen attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Internship or 1-3 years of experience in data analytics or a similar role is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and the ability to query databases.
- Experience with Python, R, or other data analysis programming languages is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
$60,000-$65,000
