Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Data Analyst to join our team in New Brunswick, NJ.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software development lifecycle processes, data analytics, and business communication.

This role requires on-site presence three days a week and involves working with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions.



Key Responsibilities

• Understand and document user requirements to support software development and data initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Utilize tools like Jira and Confluence to support Agile methodologies, including Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban.
• Apply expertise in data warehouses, data lakes, Databricks, AWS, and Azure to optimize data solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Drive DevOps and CI/CD initiatives to ensure efficient project delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and resolve problems strategically and tactically.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with quality systems and tools like LIMS, NC, CAPA, and Trackwise is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CDL or EDW environments.
• Familiarity with quality processes (GxP) and Agile methodology.
• Knowledge of specific source systems and data structures related to quality systems.
