Lawyers On Demand Limited is hiring: Senior Construction Lawyer - Part-time in N

We're looking for a senior non-contentious Construction lawyer to support our client, a boutique law firm, for at least 6 months on a part-time basis.

You'll be working with Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT) and New Engineering Contract (NEC) standard forms, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing strategic legal advice on risk management and project planning.

You must have previous experience working on JCT and NEC standard forms and understand these contracts, including their clauses and legal implications. Ideally, you will be a senior non-contentious construction lawyer with previous experience working within a leading law firm.

This assignment will be 3 days per week, for at least 6 months, starting as soon as possible. You can work remotely, although there is an office that you can go to if you'd like to spend time with the team in person.
