Project Manager/Executive Assistant
Responsibilities
Project Management
•Assist in the definition of project objectives to determine scope of work, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, technical feasibility, etc.
•Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
•Maintain comprehensive project documentation
•Update leadership on project status, escalate issues as necessary
Executive Support
Requirements
•Working knowledge of charitable, non-profit, ministry, foundation, and/or donor related subject matters
Responsibilities
Project Management
•Assist in the definition of project objectives to determine scope of work, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, technical feasibility, etc.
•Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
•Maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
•Update leadership on project status, escalate issues as necessary
Executive Support
- Assist Executive leadership with daily administrative duties as needed
- Answer incoming phone calls, compose and prepare correspondence
- Manage an active calendar of appointments, compile documents for meetings
- Arrange travel plans, itineraries and agendas, complete expense reports
- Manages sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Communicate with the general staff on the Executive's behalf
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred
- PMP strongly preferred
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant support experience
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Proven experience as a project administrator in the healthcare industry is preferred
•Working knowledge of charitable, non-profit, ministry, foundation, and/or donor related subject matters
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Need to be a team player with a problem-solving aptitude
- Proven success working with all levels of management
