A successful Apparel Manufacturer that works with big box retailers - from Target/Walmart to Off Price and Costco - is looking for a strong VP of Production. This person will oversee a very high volume of business and manage a large team of production, sourcing and product development employees.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee production processes and ensure efficiency.
2. Manage a team of 25+ employees.
3. Maintain relationships with international manufacturing partners in countries like China, Vietnam, and Bangladesh.
4. Travel to Asia 6-7 times a year for business purposes.
